Your duties

Create / refer users who will really use Needs
Train them module by module
Help with problems, renewals, and inactive users
If a user goes off — visit, restart, get them subscribed again
No commission when a user is inactive or not subscribed
Look after the user for the full 6-month window

How to start

Request to become a BS ERP agent (app or admin approval)
Share POS and dealer feature posters
Open accounts, activate subscriptions, train users
Track earnings on My referral earnings (web & mobile)
At 100 active subscribed referrals — apply for permanent job

Commission (not permanent yet)

Base: Basic monthly plan amount for the user’s country.

Month 1: 20% · Month 2: 12% · Month 3: 8%
Month 4: 4% · Month 5: 2% · Month 6: 1%
Unpaid months earn nothing and do not pause the 6-month window
After month 6 — no further commission on that user

Permanent job with Needs ERP

Reach at least 100 users with an active subscription, then apply
Keep at least 100 active subscribed users
Grow at least +20 new subscribed users every month
After permanent: new users earn 20% for the 1st month only (no months 2–6)
Users opened before permanent keep their remaining 6-month schedule

Grow with Needs

Start as an agent → earn 6-month declining commission → reach 100 subscribed users → apply for permanent job → keep 100+, add 20+ every month → earn 20% first month on new users.
